Creative Contributors
So many people have had my back on my creative projects, and without them, it would not have been the same.
Here are a few of them.
Gary Grundei
Creative. Collaborator. Coach. Musician.
On some fateful day in January 2025, I signed up for a free workshop that claimed I would learn to write a song in an hour. I scoffed, but I was curious enough to sign up anyway. And that’s how I met Gary - the person who showed me the way to get to the songs I have always wanted to write. He is the founder of golden lotus studio: an online home for songwriters, he plays in the duo High Fiction, composes for theatre, film, podcasts, the concert stage, and he coaches and produces other artists. Pia Edberg
Creative. Kind. Intuitive. Advocate.
Pia was the only person I shared this novel with before it went to the beta reader group. I felt that if I shared it with the wrong person at the wrong time, it would break before the bones were set. This lovely human believed in me, understood what I wanted to do, and showed me how I could get there in a way that had me nodding along. If you’ve always had a sneaky feeling there’s a book inside you, Pia will help you call it out, get it down, and put it out there. Check her out at Dream Book Academy and follow her on IG @pia.edberg
Stephen Vosloo
Creative. Curious. Kind. Collaborator.
Stephen designed the book cover for can this be right and the logo for Hysterical Woman. He’s a super creative, open-minded ‘yes, and’ person which made working together fun, energizing, and so creatively satisfying. Stephen understood me from the start and was personally invested in making sure the cover was an extension of the work. Man, did that feel good. Check out his work here and follow him on IG @vosloo
The Beta Readers
These folks read draft six and answered all the questions I asked about all the things I was unsure about. They gave me their time, their thoughts, and their encouragement.
